Prism

Definition: A three-dimensional solid shape with two congruent, polygonal faces connected by several parallelogram-shaped faces is known as Prism.

Two congruent faces are called bases and the parallelograms connecting the bases are called lateral faces.

There are various types of prisms. Prisms are classified based on the shape of their bases and the orientation of their lateral edges relative to the base.
